El sitio Mashable reportó el día de hoy que el actor Willem Dafoe (Spider-Man, Justice League) será la voz del shinigami Ryuk en Death Note, adaptación live action que será producida por Netflix, esta adaptación llegará a la plataforma en el 2017.

Keith Stanfield (Short Term 12, Straight Outta Compton) como L
Margaret Qualley (The Leftovers) como Mia Sutton

Shea Whigham (Boardwalk Empire) como James Turner
Adam Wingard (The Guest, You’re Next) dirige el filme mientrasJeremy Slater (Fantastic Four) se encargará del guión.
